I have no idea if what I'm getting ready to post actually was or is the solution in my case, because it doesn't make any sense at all. I have 2 graphics cards on my laptop. But when I go to play one of my offline things, there's no play button for me to click on, and I can't play anything. Has anyone else had this problem or have any idea how to fix it?
I've tried going directly to the file location where the download is stored and trying to launch it in Netflix but i can't do that. It's really frustrating to expect this to work right and then it doesn't.
